Service Description

Yoga is a practice of Self-Realization. A practice of cultivating awareness for transformation and transcendence. All levels of experience accepted. Sessions include meditation, breathwork, pose alignment instructions and pose modifications (if necessary). Crystal Singing Bowls can be added upon request. Goals and intentions for practice will be discussed prior to the session. All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. If you are interested in sharing this experience with a larger group or offering a Sacred Synergy Yoga Session at your retreat or workshop, please contact me. Once your session is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with *Options to discuss goals and session intentions *Session Zoom link *Payment instructions. Note: In-person sessions can be arranged if you live in Southeast Virginia or Northeast North Carolina. Travel fees are based on mileage. Contact me for more information.
