My Service

In my own healing journey I've incorporated Hatha Yoga, Kemetic Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Breath, Meditation and Ancestral Honoring & Wisdom to desensitize my anxiety and over-sensitivities and to also raise my vibration to recover from my most depressive states. 

As an Empath & Spiritual Warrior, I know it is extremely beneficial for Lightworkers, Empaths, and Intuitives to create and maintain healthy boundaries for optimal wellness.  Many of us have already awakened and are in a state of remembering as we are ascending and stepping more into our Soul Purpose and Truth.  We must keep the relationship between our Divine Feminine and Masculine in harmony.  We must have a connection to our bodies.  We must liberate ourselves from false perceptions and old paradigms. 

I offer Sacred Synergy Sessions that include yogic movement, breath work, sound healing, and meditation to support healing and empower you on your journey.
