Practice with
Sacred Synergy Yogi
The practice is continuous and guided by Spirit. It is founded on the alchemy of Yoga and my sharing includes yogic movement, breath work, meditation & crystal singing bowls. These elements are influenced by my training in Kemetic Yoga and my Hatha Yoga practice. My sessions are based on intentions for healing, shifting states of Consciousness, and raising and maintaining harmonic vibrations. Through this Compassion towards Self, your knowledge of Self will strengthen.
Sacred Synergy is embodiment of Divinity. It is bringing forth in the present all of the labor, gifts, and abilities you've cultivated through many life experiences. It is re-storing the mind, body, spirit connection to ease you into Ma'at. Sacred Synergy is alignment and this alignment is a continual process.
Ma'at is the Kemetic Deity or Neteru that invokes within us TRUTH, JUSTICE, BALANCE, ORDER, COMPASSION, HARMONY & RECIPROCITY.

This is a spiritual practice honoring the Divine Elemental Forces and our Ancestors while strengthening awareness of the connection between Self and the Divine.
I welcome those who already have established a practice of yogic movement that they are dedicated to and passionate about or those who are ready to establish a practice that includes this. I welcome those who have an interest in reconnecting with the power within their body chemistry, and those who through their chemistry and Soul Knowing have a vibrational resonance with me as part of their Soul Family.
